As a person who took the leap and began consistently working out (with the assistance of a coach), I know firsthand how challenging yet rewarding physical activity can be.

This coaching module gently guides you through exercises to learn how to bring low-vibrational emotions to the surface and usher them out the door. One-on-One Coaching
If your preference is to receive one-on-one coaching, this opportunity is available. Many find it easier and more comfortable speaking with a health and wellness coach during one-on-one coaching sessions. This option allows direct feedback to your questions as you progress through the training modules.
