  5. Motivation is key. Choose activities that you enjoy, like dancing, running, swimming, or yoga to keep you motivated.

  6. Set realistic goals. Don't try to do too much too quickly. Set achievable goals and gradually increase the intensity.

  7. Take breaks. Don't overdo it. Make sure to take regular breaks and rest days.

  8. Listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, stop and rest. Don't push yourself too hard.
